Public Transport
If you are starting from Kyoto Station, take the Karasuma Subway Line (line number K) from Kyoto Station towards Kokusaikaikan Station. Ride for 4 stations (approximately 10 minutes) and get off at Karasuma Oike Station. At Karasuma Oike Station, transfer to the Tozai Subway Line (line number T) and head towards Uzumasa Tenjingawa Station. Ride for 2 stations (approximately 4 minutes) and get off at Nijojo-mae Station. Exit the station using Exit 1. From there, walk about 10 minutes. Head southwest on Teramachi Street until you reach the intersection with Dongein Maecho. Turn left onto Dongein Maecho and continue walking. The Kyoto Kaleidoscope Museum will be on your right at 706-3 Dongein Maecho.
