    From Kyoto Station, take the City Bus number 205 or 46. Both buses will take you towards the city center. Get off at the 'Shijo Omiya' stop. From there, walk north along Omiya Street for about 10 minutes until you reach 'Shikiamicho'. Turn left onto Shikiamicho, and the Kyoto Shibori Museum will be on your right at 135−5 Shikiamicho.

    Take the Karasuma Subway Line from Kyoto Station towards Kokusaikaikan. Get off at 'Karasuma Oike' station. Transfer to the Tozai Line and head towards Uzumasa Tenjingawa.
