The Former Hosokawa Gyobu Residence will be on your left at 3-1 Furukyomachi, Chuo Ward, Kumamoto. Parking is available nearby.

For those using public transportation, take the Shinkansen (bullet train) to Kumamoto Station from Fukuoka or other locations in Kyushu. Upon arrival at Kumamoto Station, exit and locate the Kumamoto City Tram. Board a tram heading towards the 'Kengun' line. Get off at the 'Kumamoto Castle' stop. From there, it’s about a 15-minute walk to the Former Hosokawa Gyobu Residence. Head south towards Chuo Ward on Furukyomachi Street, and you will find the residence at 3-1 Furukyomachi.
