Public Transportation
From Musashi Station, take the JR Musashino Line to Nishi-Nippori Station. Transfer to the JR Yamanote Line at Nishi-Nippori and head towards Ueno Station. Once you arrive at Ueno Station, exit the station and follow the signs for the Ueno Park exit. Walk through Ueno Park and head towards Uenokoen; the Ueno campus of Tokyo University of the Arts is located at 12-8 Uenokoen, just a short walk from the park.

If you are driving, start from the center of Musashi and take Route 17 heading southeast. Merge onto the Shuto Expressway (C1) towards Ueno. Follow the signs for Ueno and take Exit 1. After exiting, follow the signs to Ueno Park, and then navigate to 12-8 Uenokoen. There is limited parking available around Ueno Park, so plan to park and walk to the Ueno campus of Tokyo University of the Arts.
