If you are driving from Nagasaki city center, take Route 34 heading northwest. Continue on Route 34 for about 45 kilometers (approximately 1 hour). Follow the signs for Sasebo and take the ramp onto Route 35. Once in Sasebo, follow the signs toward Kashimaecho and you will arrive at 1008 Kashimaecho, where the Ninety-nine Island Cruise is located. There is parking available near the attraction.

From Nagasaki Station, take the JR Limited Express train bound for Sasebo. The journey takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Sasebo Station, exit the station and transfer to a local bus (Bus No. 1 or Bus No. 2) heading towards Kashimaecho. The bus ride will take approximately 15 minutes. Get off at the Kashimaecho stop, and you will be within walking distance to 1008 Kashimaecho, where the Ninety-nine Island Cruise is located.
