Public Bus
From Nara Station, head to the bus terminal located just outside the station. Look for the bus stop for the Nara Kotsu buses. Take bus number 97, which will take you directly to 'Nijo Jimae' bus stop. The journey takes about 15 minutes. Once you get off at 'Nijo Jimae,' walk south for about 5 minutes until you reach Tempyo Miharashi-kan at 4 Chome-6-1 Nijoojiminami.

Walking
If you are near Nara Park, you can walk to Tempyo Miharashi-kan. From the center of Nara Park, head south towards the Nara National Museum. Continue walking south past the museum and cross the street at the traffic light. Keep walking straight for about 10-15 minutes until you reach 4 Chome-6-1 Nijoojiminami. Tempyo Miharashi-kan will be on your right side.

Bicycle Rental
You can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops near Nara Station. After renting your bike, head south on Sanjo-dori street until you reach the intersection with Nijo-dori. Turn left onto Nijo-dori and continue for about 1 kilometer. Tempyo Miharashi-kan will be on your left at 4 Chome-6-1 Nijoojiminami. The ride should take approximately 10 minutes.
