From Nara Station, exit the station and head north on Sanjo-dori street. Walk straight for about 15 minutes until you reach the intersection with the main road (Kintetsu Nara Station should be on your left). Continue straight for another 5 minutes until you see the entrance of Heijō Palace Site Historical National Park on your right. The park is located at 3 Chome-5-番1号 Nijoojiminami, Nara, 630-8012.
