If you're traveling by car, start by heading south on Route 129 from the center of Sagami. Follow Route 129 until you reach the junction with Route 16. Take Route 16 south towards Yokosuka. Continue on Route 16 for about 10 kilometers. Look for signs directing you to Kannonzaki Nature Museum as you approach Yokosuka. Turn left onto Kamoi 4 Chome and continue straight until you reach the museum, located at 4 Chome-1120 Kamoi, Yokosuka. There is parking available at the museum, which may incur a small fee.

To reach Kannonzaki Nature Museum via public transportation, start at Sagami Station. Take the JR Yokosuka Line towards Zushi and travel for about 20 minutes to Yokosuka Station. From Yokosuka Station, transfer to the Keikyu bus service (Route 8) and take the bus headed towards Kannonzaki. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the 'Kannonzaki' stop. The museum is a short 5-minute walk from the bus stop, located at 4 Chome-1120 Kamoi, Yokosuka. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance as the frequency may vary.
