If you are traveling by car, start from Kofu, the capital city of Yamanashi Prefecture. Get onto the Chuo Expressway (中央自動車道) and head towards Tokyo. Exit at the Hachioji Junction (八王子JCT) and merge onto Route 16 (国道16号) towards Hinohara. Continue on Route 16 until you reach the junction for Route 33 (国道33号) and follow the signs to Hinohara. Eventually, you will see signs directing you to Kuzuryu Shrine. The shrine is located at 7076 Kuzuma, Hinohara, Tokyo, which is about 90 minutes from Kofu, depending on traffic. Please check for parking availability near the shrine.
