    From Zao Onsen, head northwest on Route 13. After approximately 12 kilometers, take the exit toward Yonezawa. Continue onto Route 112 and follow the signs for Yonezawa City. Once in Yonezawa, use a navigation app to find '1 Chome-4-13 Marunouchi, Yonezawa, Yamagata 992-0052'. There is parking available near the castle ruins, but be prepared for a small fee, which is typically around 500 yen.
