You will see signs for Onogawa Onsen as you approach the town of Yonezawa. Turn right onto Onogawamachi and drive for about 2 kilometers. Onogawa Onsen will be on your left at 188-1 Onogawamachi. Parking is available nearby.

    From Zao Onsen, take the Zao Onsen bus to Yamagata Station. The ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Once at Yamagata Station, transfer to the Yamagata Kotsu bus bound for Yonezawa.
