If you're driving, start from the main road in the Assy Plateau region. Follow the signs towards Almaty while keeping an eye on the scenic mountain roads. The drive should take about 1.5 to 2 hours depending on weather conditions. Upon reaching the outskirts of Almaty, look for the exit signs to Bostandyk District. Once in Bostandyk, navigate to the coordinates 43.0575742, 76.9714061. The observatory is located at 3X5C+2HC which is a short drive off the main road.
