Turn left onto the Ngare Ndare Forest access road. Follow this road for about 10 kilometers until you reach the Ngare Ndare Forest Gate Echo 1. Be prepared to pay a small entrance fee at the gate, which is usually around 500 Kenyan Shillings per person.

    For those using public transportation, take a matatu (shared taxi) from Nanyuki to Meru. The matatus leave from the main bus station in Nanyuki and travel along the A2 road.
