Getting There

  • Walking

    From the Kisumu CBD, head west on Oginga Odinga Street towards the Kisumu Central Market. Walk about 500 meters until you reach the junction with Harambee Road. Turn left onto Harambee Road and continue walking for roughly 1 kilometer. You will see the entrance to KWS-Kisumu Impala Sanctuary on your right, just past Shauri Moyo Primary School.

    If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from various rental shops in Kisumu CBD. Start at the Kisumu Central Market and head west on Oginga Odinga Street for about 500 meters. Turn left onto Harambee Road and cycle for about 1 kilometer. Look for the entrance to KWS-Kisumu Impala Sanctuary on your right. Remember to wear a helmet and follow traffic rules.
