Public Transport
From Davos Dorf or Davos Platz train stations, the Davos Congress Centre is easily accessible via the local bus network. Buses run frequently along the main routes, with stops near major hotels and attractions. A single ride costs approximately CHF 3.50, but is free with a Davos Klosters guest card. Alternatively, it's about a 20-minute walk between the train stations and the Congress Centre.
Taxi
Taxis are available at both Davos Dorf and Davos Platz train stations. A short taxi ride from either station to a central Davos location typically costs between CHF 15-25, depending on traffic and distance. Taxi fares generally start at CHF 6.60, with an additional charge per kilometer. Keep in mind that taxi fares can be higher during peak season and events.
Walking
Many of Davos' attractions are within walking distance of each other. From Davos Platz, it's a pleasant walk along the Promenade to reach the Kirchner Museum or the Vaillant Arena. Walking from Davos Platz to Davos Dorf takes approximately 30-40 minutes, offering scenic views along the way. Be aware that some routes may involve uphill sections.
