    If you are driving from the main entrance of Seneca Creek State Park, head southeast on Clopper Rd towards MD-117. Turn left onto MD-117 N and continue for about 2 miles. Then, turn right onto Great Seneca Hwy (MD-119) and follow it for about 1.5 miles. Merge onto I-270 N and continue for approximately 8 miles. Take exit 1C for I-495 S toward Richmond. After about 4 miles, take exit 44 for George Washington Pkwy toward Tysons Corner. Continue on George Washington Pkwy for about 3 miles, then take the exit for VA-7 W. After approximately 2 miles, turn left onto Seneca Rd. The Potomac-Heritage Trail will be on your right at 101 Seneca Rd, Great Falls, VA 22066.

Transfer to the Silver Line train towards Wiehle-Reston East and ride for 3 stops until you reach the Greensboro Metro Station. Once you exit, walk to the bus stop and catch the 29E bus towards Great Falls. Get off at the stop closest to Seneca Rd.
