Bus
From Brockton, head to the Brockton MBTA station located at 1-99 Main St, Brockton, MA 02301. Take the MBTA bus route 14 toward Ashland. Once on the bus, stay on until you reach the Alewife Station. At Alewife, transfer to the Alewife Subway Station and take the Red Line toward Ashmont. After 6 stops, get off at Kendall/MIT Station. When you exit the station, you will be in the heart of Kendall Square in Cambridge, MA.
Train
Begin your journey at the Brockton MBTA station located at 1-99 Main St, Brockton, MA 02301. Take the MBTA train on the Providence/Stoughton Line toward Boston. Disembark at South Station. From South Station, follow the signs to the Red Line subway. Board the Red Line train toward Alewife and travel for 3 stops until you reach Kendall/MIT Station. Exit the station, and you will find yourself in Kendall Square.
Walking and Subway
If you are near Downtown Brockton, walk to the Brockton MBTA station at 1-99 Main St. Take the MBTA train on the Providence/Stoughton Line toward Boston. Get off at South Station. From South Station, switch to the Red Line and board the train heading toward Alewife. Ride for 3 stops and then get off at Kendall/MIT Station. Upon exiting the station, you will be right in Kendall Square.
