    If you are traveling by car, start from the center of Cape Cod, such as Hyannis. Take MA-6 E toward Orleans. Continue on MA-6 E for about 20 miles. Take exit 11 for MA-28 S toward Orleans/Eastham. Merge onto MA-28 S, and follow it for about 2 miles. Turn right onto Cable Road. The Three Sisters Lighthouses will be on your left. There is no parking lot directly at the lighthouses, so be cautious when stopping along the road.

    If you are using public transportation, take the Cape Cod Regional Transit Authority (CCRTA) bus service. Board the 'Flex' bus route from various locations in Cape Cod. Walk along Cable Road until you see the lighthouses. Please note that the bus fare is approximately $3 each way.
