    From the center of Provincetown, head southeast on Commercial Street toward Standish Street. Turn left onto Standish Street and continue until you reach Bradford Street. Here, turn right and walk until you reach the traffic lights. Cross the intersection and continue straight onto Route 6. Follow Route 6 for approximately 10 miles. You will see signs for the Mass Audubon Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary on your right. The entrance is located at 291 US-6, South Wellfleet, MA 02663.
