Walking
Starting from downtown Marquette, locate the Peter White Public Library at 217 N Front St. Head south on N Front St toward E Washington St for two blocks until you reach E Washington St. Turn left and walk east for about one block until you reach N Third St. Turn right onto N Third St and continue for five blocks until you reach the intersection with E Ridge St. Turn left onto E Ridge St and walk for about a quarter-mile until you arrive at the park entrance for Presque Isle Park. Once you enter the park, follow the main road until you reach the Black Rocks area, which is located near the eastern end of the park.

Biking
For a scenic bike ride, start at the Marquette Commons (corner of N Third St and E Washington St). Head north on N Third St, then take a left on E Park St. Continue to the end of E Park St, where you'll find the bike trail entrance. Follow the bike trail that leads to Presque Isle Park. Once in the park, follow the loop road to the east side where Black Rocks is located. It's about a 2-mile ride from downtown, and the trail is well-marked and scenic.
