Getting There

  • Walking

    From the Grand Basin in Forest Park, head east towards Government Drive. Continue walking straight along the path until you reach the intersection with Government Drive. Turn right onto Government Drive and follow it for about 0.5 miles. You will see the entrance to the Saint Louis Zoo on your left at 1 Government Dr, St. Louis, MO 63110.

  • Public Transport - MetroLink

    If you are near the Forest Park-DeBaliviere MetroLink station, take the MetroLink train towards Shrewsbury-Lansdowne I-44. Get off at the next stop, Forest Park-Central West End. From there, you can either walk approximately 1 mile southeast to the zoo, or catch a bus. To take the bus, head to the bus stop located at the station and board the MetroBus #90 or #95 (check the latest schedule for any cost). These buses will take you closer to the zoo entrance.
