From the center of Khar Nuur, head southwest on Khotont Rd. Follow the road for approximately 30 kilometers. You will see signs directing you to Khar Balgas, also known as Ordu Baliq or Otuken. The site will be on your right side. There is no entrance fee, and parking is available nearby.

To reach Khar Balgas by public transport, first, take a local bus from Khar Nuur to the nearest town or village along Khotont Rd. This bus ride will cost around 1,000 MNT.
