Walking
From the main square in Herceg Novi, known as 'Trg Nikole Đurkovića', head towards the waterfront along the promenade. Continue walking along the coast until you reach the end of the promenade. From there, you can take a local bus to the border of Croatia. Once you cross the border, take a short taxi or another bus to Dubrovnik. As you approach the old town, follow signs to the Grad district, and you will find the Clock Tower easily since it is located near the city walls.

Start at the Herceg Novi bus station located in the city center. Take a bus heading to Dubrovnik, which is a frequent route. The journey takes about 1-1.5 hours. Once you arrive in Dubrovnik, disembark at the main bus station and walk towards the old town. Follow the signs leading to the city walls, and you will arrive at the Clock Tower located at the entrance to the old town in Grad.
