    If you're traveling by car, head towards South Lake Tahoe. The Lake Tahoe Sign is located at the intersection of Lake Tahoe Boulevard (CA-89) and Emerald Bay Road. From the center of South Lake Tahoe, take Highway 50 east until you reach the junction with CA-89. Turn left onto CA-89 and continue for about 1 mile. The sign will be on your right, just before you reach the entrance to the Lake Tahoe State Park.
