To reach the NYC AIDS Memorial Park at St. Vincent's Triangle from Jersey City, head to the PATH train station at Exchange Place or Journal Square. Board a train heading towards World Trade Center. After approximately 10-15 minutes, get off at the 33rd Street stop. Once you exit the station, walk east towards 6th Avenue, then turn left onto 6th Avenue. Continue walking north until you reach Greenwich Avenue. Turn right onto Greenwich Avenue and walk for about 5 minutes until you reach 76 Greenwich Ave, New York, NY 10011.

From Jersey City, you can take the NY Waterway ferry from the Paulus Hook terminal. Board a ferry heading to World Financial Center. After a short boat ride of about 10 minutes, disembark at the World Financial Center. Walk towards the World Trade Center and access the PATH train from there. Take the PATH train towards 33rd Street and get off at the 33rd Street stop. Exit the station and walk east towards 6th Avenue, then turn left onto 6th Avenue. Walk north until you reach Greenwich Avenue, then turn right onto Greenwich Avenue. Continue walking for about 5 minutes to arrive at 76 Greenwich Ave, New York, NY 10011.
