Walk to the MTA subway Line A (Blue Line) at 59th St – Columbus Circle Station, take the A train to the 42nd St – Port Authority Bus Terminal. Exit the station and walk to the Port Authority Bus Terminal. From there, find the Bee-Line Bus #60 towards the Bronx and get off at 'Main St/Central Ave.' Finally, walk east on Main St for about 10 minutes until you reach Blackwell House at 500 Main St.
