Ferry
Start your journey from downtown Auckland. Head to the Auckland Ferry Terminal located at 99 Quay Street. You can get there by catching a bus or taking a short walk from nearby hotels. Once at the ferry terminal, look for the Waiheke Island ferry service. Purchase a ticket to Waiheke Island, which costs approximately NZD 40 (return trip) and takes about 40 minutes. Ferries run regularly, so check the schedule for the next departure.

On arriving at the Matiatia Ferry Terminal on Waiheke Island, you will find several options for public transport. Look for the bus stop located directly outside the terminal. Board the bus heading towards Onetangi. This bus ride will take around 30 minutes. Be sure to ask the driver to let you know when you reach Onetangi Road.

Once you get off the bus at Onetangi Road, you will need to walk approximately 10 minutes to reach Wild Estate Vineyard. Head east on Onetangi Road until you see the sign for Wild Estate Vineyard. The vineyard is located at 82 Onetangi Road, and it will be on your right-hand side.
