From Palmerston North, take State Highway 3 (SH3) north. Drive for approximately 30 kilometers until you reach the turn-off for Waitotara Road. Turn left onto Waitotara Road and continue for about 10 kilometers. Turn right onto Paparangi Road, and after around 2 kilometers, you will see the Quarry Car Park on your left. The parking area is well-marked and provides access to the Waitahinga trails.
