Getting There

Car
If you're driving to Mount Cook National Park, take State Highway 8 towards Twizel. Once you reach Twizel, follow the signs to Mount Cook Village on State Highway 80. The drive takes about 45 minutes from Twizel. Once in Mount Cook Village, park at the Aoraki / Mount Cook Visitor Centre. From there, you will need to continue on foot to reach Ball Pass.
