Walking
If you are starting from the Nelson city center, head south on Trafalgar Street until you reach the intersection with Hardy Street. Turn left onto Hardy Street and continue straight until you reach the end of the street, where it meets the highway. Cross the highway and follow the footpath along the side of the road. This will lead you to Tahunanui Drive. Once you reach Tahunanui Drive, turn right and continue walking for about 1.5 kilometers. Natureland Wildlife Trust will be on your left-hand side at 7011 Tahunanui Drive.

Public Transport (Bus)
From the Nelson city center, you can take the Nelson City Bus service. Look for the bus stop near the i-SITE on Trafalgar Street. Board the bus heading to Tahunanui. The bus will take you along the route towards Tahunanui Drive. You will want to get off at the stop nearest to Tahunanui Drive. Once you disembark, walk a short distance along Tahunanui Drive, heading towards the beach. Natureland Wildlife Trust will be located at 7011 Tahunanui Drive on your right.
