Walking
From the Rotorua i-SITE Visitor Centre located at 1167 Fenton Street, walk northeast on Fenton Street towards Lake Rotorua for about 400 meters until you reach the intersection with Pukuatua Street. Turn left onto Pukuatua Street and continue walking for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Ranolf Street. Turn right onto Ranolf Street, which eventually becomes Tarawera Road. Continue on Tarawera Road for approximately 2.5 kilometers. Look for Tītokorangi Drive on your right; follow Tītokorangi Drive for about 1 kilometer until you reach Long Mile Road. Turn left onto Long Mile Road, and you will find Redwoods Altitude at 1 Long Mile Road on your right.

Public Transport
From the Rotorua i-SITE Visitor Centre, walk to the nearest bus stop on Fenton Street. Take the Rotorua local bus (check the latest schedule for routes) that goes towards Tarawera Road. You will need to get off at the stop closest to the intersection of Tarawera Road and Tītokorangi Drive. From there, walk down Tītokorangi Drive for about 1 kilometer until you reach Long Mile Road. Turn left onto Long Mile Road, and Redwoods Altitude will be on your right at 1 Long Mile Road.

If you have access to a bike, start from the Rotorua i-SITE Visitor Centre. Head northeast on Fenton Street, then turn left onto Pukuatua Street. Continue to Ranolf Street and turn right. Follow Ranolf Street as it turns into Tarawera Road, and bike for about 2.5 kilometers. Watch for Tītokorangi Drive on your right and turn onto it. Continue for about 1 kilometer, and then take a left onto Long Mile Road. Redwoods Altitude will be on your right at 1 Long Mile Road.
