If you're starting from the Dayton Art Institute, head to the nearest bus stop and catch the RTA Route 8 bus heading east. Stay on the bus for approximately 15 minutes until you reach the 'Keowee & McLain' stop. Once you disembark, walk south on McLain Street for about 5 minutes until you arrive at St Anne's Hill, located at 817 McLain St.

From downtown Dayton, rent a bike from one of the local bike-share stations. Head east on the Great Miami Riverway Path until you reach the fork. Follow the path that veers right toward E 3rd St. Continue on E 3rd St until you reach the intersection with McLain St. Turn left on McLain St, and bike for about 10 minutes to reach St Anne's Hill at 817 McLain St.
