If you're driving, the Vijay Diwas Memorial is located in Bemathang, Baroo, Kargil, approximately 5 km from Kargil town center. From Kargil, take the NH1 highway heading east. After about 5 minutes, you will see signs for the memorial. Turn left onto the road leading to Bemathang. Follow the road for about 2 km until you reach the memorial. There is parking available nearby.

To reach the Vijay Diwas Memorial via public transport, start from Kargil town. You can take a local bus or shared taxi heading towards Baroo. The fare is approximately ₹30-₹50. Inform the driver that you wish to visit the Vijay Diwas Memorial. The journey will take around 20-30 minutes. Get off at the Bemathang stop, and the memorial will be a short walk from there, about 500 meters.

If you're already in Kargil and prefer to walk, it's a 5 km trek to the memorial. Start from the Kargil main market and head east toward the NH1 highway. Upon reaching the highway, continue on the road towards Baroo. After approximately 1 hour of walking, you will reach Bemathang. Follow the signs to the memorial, which is located about 500 meters from the main road.
