If you are in the heart of Center City, start at City Hall located at 1401 John F Kennedy Blvd, Philadelphia, PA 19102. Head east on Market Street until you reach 6th Street. It's approximately a 15-minute walk from City Hall.

From any location in Center City, you can take the Market-Frankford Line (Blue Line) to the 5th Street/Independence Hall station. Board the train at the nearest station. Once you arrive at the 5th Street station, exit and walk south on 5th Street until you reach Market Street. Turn left and continue until you reach the intersection with 6th Street. The President's House Site is right at that intersection. Note that a one-way fare on the SEPTA train is approximately $2.50.
