From the main square of Ica (Plaza de Armas), head east on Avenida José de la Riva Agüero. Continue straight for about 1 kilometer until you reach the intersection with Avenida Libertadores. Turn left onto Avenida Libertadores and walk for another 1.5 kilometers. You will then come to a bus terminal called Terminal Terrestre de Ica. From here, take a local bus heading to Huacachina.
