Walking
From the center of Ica, head towards Av. La Marina. Walk straight along this avenue for about 1.5 kilometers. You will pass several shops and local eateries. Keep an eye out for signs pointing towards Huacachina. Once you reach the roundabout, take the exit towards Huacachina. Continue walking straight until you reach Huacachina Lagoon. From there, you will see signs leading to Urbanizacion La Estancia. Follow the path to the left of the lagoon, and you will find The Upcycled Hostel located at Urbanizacion La Estancia F-5.

From the main plaza in Ica, locate the nearest bus stop where you can catch a local minibus or 'colectivo' heading to Huacachina. These small buses are frequent and will take you directly to Huacachina. The fare is usually very affordable.
