If you are starting from the historic city center of Guimarães, make your way to Praça de São Tiago. From here, head northeast along Rua de São Tiago until you reach Praça da Oliveira. You will see the impressive Igreja de São Miguel do Castelo on your left. Continue straight onto Rua de Conde Dom Henrique. The Palace Duques de Bragança will be on your left at R. Conde Dom Henrique 3, 4800-412 Guimarães. It is a short, pleasant walk of about 15 minutes.
