If you're traveling by car, start from the town of Setúbal. Head south on the N10 road towards Arrábida Natural Park. After approximately 10 kilometers, take the exit onto the N379-1 road towards Sesimbra. Continue on this road until you reach the junction with the N379. Turn left onto N379, and follow the signs for Alto do Jaspe. You will find a small parking area near Brecha da Arrábida. Note that parking may incur a small fee, typically around €2 for the day.

To reach Alto do Jaspe via public transport, start by taking a train from Lisbon to Setúbal. The train ride takes approximately 1 hour and trains run frequently. Once in Setúbal, catch the local bus service (Bus 125 or 120) that heads towards Arrábida Natural Park. You should ask the driver to drop you off at the closest stop to Alto do Jaspe. Be sure to check the bus schedule ahead of time, as services may be limited on weekends and public holidays.

If you are already within Arrábida Natural Park, you can hike to Alto do Jaspe. Follow the marked trails from the nearest parking area or bus stop. The hike is approximately 1.5 kilometers and should take about 30-45 minutes, depending on your pace. The trails are well marked but may include some steep sections, so wear appropriate footwear and bring water.
