To reach Rosecliff by public transportation, take the Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) bus #60 from the Newport Gateway Center. The bus will take you along Bellevue Avenue. Get off at the stop closest to 548 Bellevue Ave. After disembarking, walk a short distance along Bellevue Avenue, and you will find Rosecliff on your left. The journey takes about 15-20 minutes.
