If you're starting from the Westerly Train Station, exit the station and head south on Railroad Avenue. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Main Street. Turn right onto Main Street and walk until you reach the intersection with High Street. Turn left on High Street and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Beach Street. Turn right onto Beach Street. Follow Beach Street as it leads directly to East Beach. The beach entrance will be on your right.

From downtown Westerly, you can catch the RIPTA bus number 66 (Westerly to Narragansett). Board the bus at the nearest bus stop along Main Street. Inform the driver that you need to get off at the East Beach stop. After disembarking, walk a short distance east along East Beach Road to reach the beach entrance.
