Walking
If you are in downtown Westerly, start at the Westerly Town Hall located at 45 Broad Street. Head east on Broad Street until you reach the intersection with High Street. Turn left onto High Street and continue until you reach the intersection with Route 1 (Post Road). Cross Route 1 carefully, using the crosswalk. Once across, turn right onto Route 1 and continue walking north. After approximately 0.5 miles, look for Dunns Corner Road on your left. Turn left onto Dunns Corner Road. Continue walking straight for about 1 mile, and you will see Manfredi Farms on your right at 59 Dunns Corner Rd. The farm is situated near the intersection with Route 91.

From downtown Westerly, you can take the Rhode Island Public Transit Authority (RIPTA) bus. Board the Number 1 bus at the nearest stop on Broad Street heading towards Narragansett. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes, and get off at the stop near Route 1 and Dunns Corner Road. From there, walk north on Dunns Corner Road for approximately 0.5 miles, and you will find Manfredi Farms on your left at 59 Dunns Corner Rd.
