Car
If you are driving to Gasuma Valley, start from the main entrance of Nyungwe Forest National Park. Head south on the road towards the park headquarters. Continue driving for approximately 10 kilometers until you reach the junction at Gisakura. Take a left turn onto the road leading towards Colline Mwijanda. Follow this road for about 5 kilometers, and you will see signs directing you to Gasuma Valley. The coordinates for your destination are approximately -2.4807 latitude and 29.6824 longitude.

Public Transportation
To reach Gasuma Valley using public transport, start by taking a bus or shared taxi from Kigali to Nyungwe Forest National Park. Once you arrive at the park entrance, you will need to hire a local motorcycle taxi (boda-boda) or a private taxi to take you to Gasuma Valley. Inform the driver that your destination is Colline Mwijanda, approximately 15 kilometers away from the park entrance. The fare for the motorcycle taxi should be around 3,000 Rwandan Francs (RWF). Make sure to negotiate the price beforehand.
