If you are driving from the center of Volcanoes National Park, head north on the main road towards Kinigi. Continue on this road for approximately 15 minutes. Look for signs directing you to Da Vinci Gorilla Lodge, which is located in Musanze District, Kinigi. As you approach Kinigi, keep an eye out for the lodge, which is roughly 10 minutes from the park headquarters. The lodge is situated at GPS coordinates -1.430346, 29.561256.

Public Transportation
To reach Da Vinci Gorilla Lodge by public transportation, you will first need to take a minibus or shared taxi from Musanze town to Kinigi. These vehicles frequently depart from the main bus station in Musanze. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Kinigi, you can hire a motorcycle taxi (locally known as 'moto') or walk to Da Vinci Gorilla Lodge, which is about a 10-minute ride or a 30-minute walk from the Kinigi area.

If you prefer a more direct route, consider hiring a taxi from either Musanze or the park headquarters. The taxi ride from Musanze to Da Vinci Gorilla Lodge will take around 20 minutes and will cost approximately 5,000 to 10,000 Rwandan Francs, depending on your negotiation skills and the time of day.
