Bus
From Kranjska Gora, head to the main bus station located near the center of town. Look for buses heading towards Soča or Bovec. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the Soča bus stop, exit and look for signs directing you to Lepena. It's a short walk of about 1.5 kilometers along the scenic route. Follow the road signs, and you'll reach Šunikov vodni gaj.

Walking
If you prefer to walk from Kranjska Gora, start at the main square and head southwest towards the bridge. Cross the bridge over the Sava River. Continue straight for about 2 kilometers until you reach the junction. At the junction, take the left fork towards Soča. Walk approximately another 3 kilometers along the road; you'll see signs for Šunikov vodni gaj indicating you are getting close.

Bicycle
Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Kranjska Gora. Begin your ride heading towards the river and follow the bike path along the Sava River. This route is beautiful and takes you directly towards Soča. The ride will take about 20-25 minutes and is approximately 5 kilometers. Look for the signs for Šunikov vodni gaj as you get closer.
