Walking
If you are starting from the Charleston Visitor Center located at 375 Meeting St, Charleston, SC 29403, exit the center and head south on Meeting St towards John St. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calhoun St, where you will turn left. Follow Calhoun St until you reach East Bay St, then turn right. Continue walking on East Bay St until you see the signs for Waterfront Park. At the park, you will have a nice view of the harbor. Continue along the waterfront, and after approximately 15 minutes of walking, you will reach Aquarium Wharf. The South Carolina Aquarium will be on your right at 100 Aquarium Wharf.
