To reach Norbeck Wildlife Preserve from Crazy Horse Memorial by car, start by exiting the Crazy Horse Memorial parking lot. Head southeast on SD-244 E for approximately 1.5 miles. Turn left onto US-16 S and continue for about 9 miles. Look for signs for Custer State Park and Norbeck Wildlife Preserve. After approximately 3 miles, turn right onto Wildlife Loop Road, which leads you into the preserve. The preserve itself is well-marked, and you'll find several parking areas along the road.
