Public Bus
From downtown Rapid City, head to the nearest bus stop on Main St. Take the Rapid City public transit Route 10 towards Keystone. The bus will take you directly to Keystone. Once you're in Keystone, disembark at the last stop. Norbeck Overlook is about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. Head south on US-16 Scenic, and you will see the signs for Norbeck Overlook.

Bicycle Rental
Rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in downtown Rapid City, such as Rapid City Bike Rentals. From there, take the scenic bike path heading west. Follow the path until you reach the junction with US-16 Scenic. Continue on US-16 Scenic heading towards Keystone. The ride will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Norbeck Overlook will be on your right as you approach Keystone.

Walking
If you're feeling adventurous and enjoy walking, you can start from downtown Rapid City. Head west on 6th St until you reach the intersection with Mt. Rushmore Rd (US-16). Turn right onto Mt. Rushmore Rd and continue walking until you reach the entrance to Keystone. This walk is approximately 7 miles and may take around 2-3 hours. Once you reach Keystone, follow the signs to Norbeck Overlook, which is a short hike from the main road.
