Depending on your starting point, it might take around 2 to 3 hours of travel. Once you reach the outskirts of Seoul, follow the signs for the city center and Jongno District. Continue on the main roads until you reach Sajik-ro. Gyeongbokgung Palace is located at 161 Sajik-ro, Jongno District. There is limited parking available near the palace, so be prepared for possible parking fees which can range from 2,000 to 5,000 KRW per hour.

If you prefer public transportation, take a bus or train to Seoul. From major cities in North Gyeongsang Province, you can take an express bus to Dongseoul Bus Terminal in Seoul. The bus fare generally ranges from 20,000 to 30,000 KRW depending on your departure city. Once in Seoul, transfer to the subway system. Take Line 3 (the Orange Line) to Gyeongbokgung Station. Exit at Exit 5, and you will find yourself just a short walk away from Gyeongbokgung Palace. The subway fare is around 1,250 KRW.
