Walking

If you are in Retiro Park, make your way towards the main exit at Plaza de la Independencia, which is known for the Puerta de Alcalá. Once you exit the park, head towards the right on Av. de Menéndez Pelayo. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes. You will see Dante Gate on your left side, close to the intersection with Calle de O'Donnell.
Public Transport - Metro

From the Retiro metro station, which is on Line 2 (the red line), take the metro towards Cuatro Caminos. After one stop, alight at the 'Príncipe de Vergara' station. From there, exit the station and walk straight along Av. de Menéndez Pelayo for about 5 minutes. Dante Gate will be on your right side.
Bus

You can take bus line 2 from any nearby bus stop in Retiro that serves this line. Board the bus and ride for two stops. Alight at the 'Menéndez Pelayo - O'Donnell' stop. From there, walk back along Av. de Menéndez Pelayo for about 2 minutes, and you will see Dante Gate on your left.
