Turn onto Dunhida Water Falls Access Road, which is a narrow road. Continue along this road for approximately 2 kilometers until you reach the parking area. There may be a small fee for parking, so keep some cash handy.

To reach Dunhinda Waterfall via public transportation, you can take a local bus from Badulla town. Look for buses heading towards Hali-Ela; these should be frequent. Ask the driver to drop you off at the Dunhinda Waterfall stop. From the bus stop, it is a short walk (about 1 kilometer) to the waterfall along Dunhida Water Falls Access Road. Be prepared for a bit of uphill walking. If you need to return, you can catch a bus back from the same stop.
